Getting snow is not that unusual for us once or twice a winter. What was unusual about this snow was that it turned really cold afterwards and the snow stayed. Where it would normally be gone in 24 hours or less, this snow stayed with us for 4 days. Marjean and I walked to the grocery store to get a few things because we couldn't drive down the level driveway to the street!
